What if dreams could guide us to adopt healthier eating patterns?
Do you ever have dreams with food or eating imagery?
Looking for participants (18 +) to take part in an on-line pilot research study on Dreams, Food and Health. The main part of the study involves tracking your dreams on-line for a one month period, being on the lookout for food-related imagery or activity, and possibly following suggestions for modifying your diet based on food-related dream content. Additionally, you will be asked to fill out a short dreamer profile form and a health survey questionnaire at the beginning and termination of the study. You are encouraged to submit at least four dreams during the month long study period. After entering each dream you will be asked some multiple choice questions pertaining to the dream’s content to determine if it is a food-related dream and if so what type of food-related dream. This research study is conducted under the auspices of Saybrook University’s College of Mind-Body Medicine. All identities and information will remain confidential.
